First Film of 2025: "Unspoken"

Coming 2025

Hello 2025! Exciting Times Ahead at Ragged Films

As we dive into the new year, Ragged Films continues to push the envelope of cinematic storytelling. Our latest project, "Unspoken," is already generating buzz and setting high expectations for what's to come.

Spotlight on "Unspoken"

Directed by Thomas Scott Adams, "Unspoken" explores the complex layers of a strained relationship between a father and daughter, portrayed compellingly by Ruby Zoom and Maximillian Mayerhofer. Set against the backdrop of a cluttered family garage, this drama unfolds as the characters tackle both a physical and emotional repair job—their old family car and their fractured bond.

The narrative masterfully uses the car repair as a metaphor for their attempts to reconnect, making every tool, every tightened bolt, and every polished surface echo their desire to smooth out the years of neglect and misunderstanding. "Unspoken" is not just about the words left unsaid; it's about the hope of rebuilding from the remnants of the past.

Shooting and Festival Plans

Mark your calendars: shooting for "Unspoken" kicks off on January 13th, and we are gearing up to ensure every scene captures the raw emotion and depth of the storyline. Following production, our journey doesn’t stop there—we plan to bring "Unspoken" to the forefront of the cinematic world by entering it into five prestigious film festivals, including the Seattle International Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, and Cannes Film Festival.
